1. 3 communication barriers can cause communication problems

a. Use of language
It can cause communication problem because lack of vocabulary for example one person using a very high vocabulary that cannot be understand by a person who is very poor vocabulary such as a lawyer with a farmer.

b. Clarity of message
The message could be miss understood because many obstacle such as dialect and deaf.

c. Atmosphere
It can cause communication problem because of the place is noisy such as at the workshop. Sometime when we a busy we cannot concentrate to what other people say.

2. We can progress the communication processes by using accurate, clear, short and meaningful words.
